Presenter Guidelines

Attendees generally are pleased with the quality of presentations at the Annual Meeting as reflected in their overall evaluation of the conference. The most frequent criticisms are:

  • inadequate time allocated for question-and-answers,
  • too little presenter-attendee interaction (which is particularly important for Workshops and those sessions specifically-designated "Interactive"), and
  • inadequate coordination/collaboration when multiple presenters are involved in a session.
Please see our recommendations for presenters HERE
